High-Performance Camp taking place at Appleby College!

This six-day program is specifically designed for athletes currently in high school and interested in playing rugby at the Varsity level. The camp includes coaching from top university and collegiate coaches across Canada and the globe!

Athletes have the option to stay on location at Appleby College or just attend during the day, benefitting from the “varsity experience” while immersing themselves in rugby at one of Canada’s premier academic and athletic institutions.

The program is open to male and female athletes between the ages of 12 and 19 (b. 20013-2006).
